How much does it cost to use SEDINA?
Nothing. SEDINA is free for users. We don't charge, don't run ads, and don't sell data. If we ever add paid placement for providers, it will be clearly labelled.
Do you book the appointment for me?
No. You get three matches; you contact the provider directly via their phone, WhatsApp, or website. We don't broker bookings and take no commission on your appointment.
How do you decide who gets listed?
Every provider is manually reviewed against a public checklist: 4.2+ Google rating, 30+ reviews, transparent pricing on their own website, and a clear professional presentation. Providers with grey-zone marketing, unverifiable credentials, or late-night-only operations are excluded. You cannot pay to be listed.
What do you do with my data?
Your quiz answers never leave your browser. We don't ask for your name, email, or phone number. If you use "find near me," your approximate location is used locally for distance calculations and is never sent to a server. We run anonymous analytics only; you can decline them entirely in the cookie banner.
How current are the prices you show?
Prices on SEDINA are estimates based on public menu data, prefixed with ~ to flag they're indicative. Providers change menus, seasonal pricing, and promotions. Before booking, confirm the exact rate on the provider's own website.
I'm a provider — how do I get listed, removed, or upgrade my badge?
Email office@sedina.es. Listing is free; there's no application or fee. To verify credentials for a Blue (therapeutic) or Purple (premium hotel spa) badge, include supporting documents in your email. We respond within 72 hours.
