How much does it cost to use SEDINA?
Nothing. SEDINA is free for users. We don't charge, don't run ads, and don't sell data. If we ever add paid placement for providers, it will be clearly labelled.
Which cities does SEDINA cover?
Barcelona, Madrid, Málaga, Valencia and Seville — 304 verified venues in total. The quiz matches within one city at a time; pick your city at the top of the page.
Do you book the appointment for me?
No. You get three matches; you contact the provider directly by phone or through their own website. We don't broker bookings and take no commission on your appointment.
How do you decide who gets listed?
Every provider is screened against a published checklist: at least 30 reviews and a rating of 4.2 or better. Venues with grey-zone signals in their name or review text, or with 24-hour or late-night-only operating profiles, are excluded. Ratings and review counts come from the Google Places API. Screening is applied programmatically to public data rather than by visiting each venue, it does not check prices, menus or trading history, and you cannot pay to be listed.
What do you do with my data?
We don't ask for your name, email or phone number, and matching runs in your browser. If you type an address, that text is sent to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service to find it on the map. If you use 'find near me', your location is used only in your browser and is never sent to a server. If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, your quiz answers are recorded with Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. If you decline, they are not.
How current are the prices you show?
Prices on SEDINA are indicative bands derived from each venue’s tier and type — an independent studio, a physiotherapy clinic, a hotel spa — not quoted menu prices. They carry a ~ throughout. Confirm the exact rate with the venue before booking.
I'm a provider — how do I get listed, removed, or upgrade my badge?
Email office@sedina.es. Listing is free; there is no application or fee. To have credentials considered for a Blue (therapeutic) or Purple (premium hotel spa) badge, include supporting documents. We respond within 72 hours.
